REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of sales team management
- Sales track record
- Client-oriented and proactive attitude
- Experience in premium product segment is beneficial 
- Excellent communication skills and personal culture 
- Team player
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-efficient
- Able to work under pressure 
- Well organized 
- Hands-on approach
