Official statement of Gergely Stewart

In 2014, Adelphi was incorporated as a company in the Russian Federation to serve real estate & finance clients across Russia, CIS and CEE regions.

We always wanted to be an outward looking company, precisely in a period when the country increasingly closed in on itself. We were always proud of that fact. We have employed consultants in our company from all over the world who came to Moscow to widen their horizons, and along with our local team, worked and closed roles for clients in Warsaw, Prague, Budapest, Bucharest, Bratislava, Moscow, Kiev, Tashkent, Almaty, Tblisi etc.

Recent events mean we cannot continue like this.

As a March of 2022, we have relocated the business to UK, and will focus only on the CEE region. Our company income will be taxed in UK.

I am fortunate in that I can personally relocate, being a UK passport holder. Unfortunately most of our team of outstanding professionals do not enjoy such ease of movement, and so those that remain, will be working for now on a remote basis for our UK company. We will continue do what we do best; provide our candidates and clients recruitment services of the highest standard. We have a very strong culture of positive support whilst aiming for the highest standards, and we will continue to live by those principals.
